By using the services of Rapid Solar Cleaning Company, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Agreement
All services provided by Rapid Solar Cleaning Company (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement. A service contract will be established prior to the commencement of any work.
Service Scope
The Company will provide solar panel cleaning, inspection, and maintenance services as outlined in the specific service agreement. The scope of work, including frequency and details, will be agreed upon with the client before service is rendered.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. The Company reserves the right to charge a late fee for overdue payments.
Access and Safety
The client must ensure that the solar panels are accessible and that all safety requirements are met before services are rendered. The Company is not responsible for any damage caused by obstacles or unsafe conditions that were not communicated before the service.
Liability and Insurance
The Company will take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage to the client’s property while performing services. However, the Company will not be held liable for any damage that occurs due to pre-existing conditions, natural causes (such as weather events), or client-provided equipment. The Company carries liability insurance to cover any accidents or damages caused during the course of work.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule services up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Warranty and Guarantees
The Company provides a satisfaction guarantee for all cleaning and maintenance services. If the client is not satisfied with the results, the Company will re-clean the panels at no additional charge. The Company does not guarantee specific energy output results after cleaning, as performance can depend on several factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, age of panels).
Confidentiality
Any information provided by the client (such as site details, access instructions, or any other personal or business information) will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without the client’s prior consent, except as required by law.
Force Majeure
The Company will not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update or amend these terms of service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and the updated terms will be available on the Company’s website.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of services will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.
